the location was excellent. it placed me right on the beach road and close to several restaurants, i found this quite convenient, especially in the evenings. the hotel also sits near terminal 21, i enjoyed the easy access it provided to shopping and dining. i thought the security staff were friendly and helpful, a detail that definitely enhanced my feeling of safety and welcome.
i felt the noise from nearby establishments continued late into the night? this somewhat disrupted my sleep.

The location proved acceptable with easy access to nearby shops.
Housekeeping was rather intrusive. I got a knock at 9 AM. The wireless internet connection was spotty at best. It dropped frequently. I needed to reboot devices often, annoying.

The breakfast was great. The staff was super helpful and very good. My room was always neat and clean.
The hotel has two buildings, an old one and a new one. The old building is named "chic" and it isn't renovated well enough. The interior decoration did not look as good as it could be.
